How Rentals Work

1) Please read this page and then submit the rental form at the bottom of this page including your contact information and possible dates you’d like to rent.

2) We’ll follow up with you by email to answer any additional questions check the availability of the dungeon on your requested dates.

3) Once your reservation date/time has been selected we will email our Information to you where you will send the payment. Please note that your reservation is not secured until your payment has been confirmed.

4) Upon payment of the booking you’ll receive a confirmation receipt through email that lets you know: we received your deposit, the amount due upon your arrival, the date, time and duration of your rental as well as the address of the dungeon, tips for parking and who to call upon your arrival.

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.

This site is secure, your contact information will be not be shared, and we will not add you to any mailing lists. If you have additional privacy concerns please us know and our customer service will contact you directly.

Payment

Deposits must be paid online.

Minimum hire is 2 hours.
We do not accept cash, credit card, and checks.
Other forms of payment may be accepted, just ask.
